How to manually create payroll vouchers

Hi,

For some reason, the final UBE(R07250) didn't create payroll vouchers (T7 transactions), and the data exists in F07490/91/92 tables. The final process has been run and posted the T1-T3 transactions.

Can you please share your ideas or experience to create vouchers manually? Appreciate your help.
