An Item is returned by customer. The Item has to be repaired and sent back to Customer at no cost. So my understanding is we need to implement Depot Repair module for this functionality.

I need proper configuration Document  so that the RMA should be visible and needed work order can be raised, all other repairs should be done and item should be sent to customer at no cost. How to achieve this ?
