Ending available calculation not correct

Hello All

I am trying to create a DRP solution. We are using forecast consumption. However what we noticed was the Purchase Order messages are not generating correctly. When I open the time series I noticed that the Ending available calculation is not right starting from Past Period 1. I have looked at multiple places and I am not clear why this is happening so. Any inputs would help.
