How do I upgrade Spatial to support the GDA2020 datum and associated coordinate systems?

We are about to implement the new GDA2020 datum in our 11g database and I'd like to know how to update the relevant MDSYS schema objects to support it.  I've found an article at https://support.oracle.com/knowledge/Oracle%20Database%20Products/2384771_1.html, but it doesn't appear to cover the whole continent.  I am looking for a comprehensive set of insert statements so our instance can support GDA2020.  BTW we are planning an upgrade to 19c soon.
