Security on AIS Server Discovery Service

How is the security for accessing the AIS Discovery Service defined?  Using SOAPUI, I can access the discovery service and get a list of orchestrations on my JDE Trial Edition, but when I try to do the same thing with my work environment I keep receiving a 401 errors.  I'm guessing there is something that needs to be setup to allow access to the discovery service.  If anyone can point me to the correct documentation, I would greatly appreciate it.
