Latest July 2020 PSU 31305382 patch Issue GI 12.2.0.1 Issue

Dear , 

          I don't know how to overcome the issue which come from applying the GI PSU July 2020 by using opatchauto.

        

        /u01/oracle/app/grid/product/12.2.0/OPatch/opatchauto apply /xxx/31305382 -oh /u01/oracle/app/grid/product/12.2.0    

       The Environment details,

          OS - RH7.7

          GI  - 12.2.0.1

          GI PSU - 31305382

          Folder permission are 775   root:oinstall or grid:oinstall for that path.

         The issue details,
