BI Publisher on Windows 10 displays "message 39"

Hi everyone,

I'm a beginner with BI publisher and encountered an error trying to load an xml data into my template. The error message is "message 39" which means "MS word or BI Publisher corrupt" and the solution proposed by Oracle is to reinstall both. I reinstalled them but I'm still having the issue .

Somebody else has an alternative solution?
