DataGuard between Oracle database 12.1.0.2.160419 from X5 to X7 12.1.0.2.160419 ODA system.

HI All, I would like to migrate Oracle database 12.1.0.2.160419 (Apr 2016) from X5 to X7 ODA system. X7 ODA has higher PSU(OCt 2019) with diffrent of more than 3 years. I would like to have DataGuard setup  between 2 database and switchover then client agrees on. I would like to know :

1) Is this possible?

2) What will be the steps we have to follow?

3) If possible then after switchover can we switchback to X5 is needed?

4) Is it possible to apply same PSU patch in X5 ODA downloading PSU bundle patch

Please help me.
