Analytics Publisher part of Oracle Analytics Server

Hello,

We are using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and Analytics Publisher (formerly BI Publisher).

We are facing a curious issue. Our OAS BIPLATFORM schema password expired on our dev instance and this caused Publisher to stop functioning.

Error messages varied. Initially the error was: You are not signed in to Analytics Server...

Subsequently, the biplatform schema was unlocked.

Then we bounced OAS and then started getting this error: Error 404--Not Found

At this point our admin bounced again and started tailing bipublisher.log and saw following:

[2020-08-17T08:56:20.763-05:00] [bi_server1] [ERROR] [] [oracle.xdo] [tid: 386] [userId: weblogic] [ecid: 4d0b4698-84d0-4608-a85d-99b714215dac-0000099d,0:1] [APP: bipublisher] [partition-name: DOMAIN] [tenant-name: GLOBAL] Waiting to reinitialize services
