Unable to open doc id 1360233.1 (reference in hcheck.sql output)

We got some errors / warnings in hcheck.sql output.

One issue is SourceNotInObj => FAIL:

Doc id 1360233.1 would address this issue, but we are unable to retrieve the doc ("Document can not be displayed" on Oracle Support page).

How can we retrieve Doc id 1360233.1?
