How to correct 1095-C ACA submitted but accepted with errors when record should not have been create

Several 1095C records were created and submitted with the original ACA 1094C/1095C submission to the IRS that resulted in the ACA submission being Accepted with Errors; see error of concern below:

1095C-028-03	If Form 1095C checkbox 'CoveredIndividualInd' is checked, then at least one instance of 'CoveredIndividualGrp' must have a value.

It is determined that some of the records should not have been created within the original ACA submission.  How do we resubmit the ACA 1094C & 1095C correction to identify that these records are not included?
