Unable to register the extract OCI Error 16,330

Hello Gurus,

I am not able to register the extract . It is failing with the below OCI error

2020-08-17T22:00:32.522-0500  INFO    OGG-00987  Oracle GoldenGate Command Interpreter for Oracle:  GGSCI command (oracle): register extract EXTRACT_NAME database container(NAME).

2020-08-17T22:00:55.180-0500  ERROR   OGG-08221  Oracle GoldenGate Command Interpreter for Oracle:  Cannot register or unregister EXTRACT EXTRACT_NAME because of the following SQL error: OCI Error 16,330.

2020-08-17T22:00:55.181-0500  ERROR   OGG-02042  Oracle GoldenGate Command Interpreter for Oracle:  OCI Error 16,330.

Could you please help .
