Why is OSM not able to populate dynamicParams in a custom solution that implements OTM?

Hi,

I have developed a custom solution by implementing OTM. My solution consists of a base cartridge that contains provider function, functional area, action code etc, a model cartridge that contains product, domain, cfs, service action, conceptual model fulfillment pattern and a data schema to hold parameters for product, cfs and service action. I have an OSM project which contains order item parameter binding, mapping rule, transformation manager and transformation sequence. Finally I have another OSM project which contains standard OSM entities like order, life cycle policies, order item specifications, decomposition rules, functions, fulfillment pattern etc.

I have created two separate order item specification out of which one is being used to hold transformed order items. I have allowed only the transformed order item spec to use distributed order template. I have created data elements like dynamicParams (as CDT structure) and allowed design studio to create mapping context nodes and transformed order item nodes along with orderItemRef for each function to refer to the transformed order item node for me through quickFix. I have identified ProvisionOrderFunction to be the one to use transformed order items. For that I have mapped it with CSO provider function. I
