Does MRP consider component effective end date during message generation ?

We want to consider few components as part of BOM , only for few months and so defined a component # A1 in BOM with effective end date as 09/30/2020. The demand of parent item # P1 is defined for next 6 months, say till March 2021. When I run MRP R3482 with generation type of 3 (Multi level MPS), system generated message for component # A1 , for the entire 6 months. Expectation is that system should generate message for A1 component till 09/30 and not for any demand after 09/30.

Understand that BOM does not valid effective end date in E1, so system should consider the corresponding component's end date , as valid date whenever system generate messages for the component.  Any reason why report R3482 is not considering the effective end date of components , at the time of message generation (single run with generation type 3)
