How many more users we can accommodate with existing JDE setup - Need help please

Hi Friends,

We are using JDE XE setup (Sp 24) for one of the clients and we have around 800 active users in the system. However the concurrent user count is around 300.

We are using Citrix for end users and we have 14 citrix servers to accommodate the end users. We also have 7 enterprise ( logic + batch ) servers - win 2008 R2.

All the enterprise servers are using the CPU : Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2670 v3 @ 2.30GHz 2.29 GHz (2 processors) with varying RAM size from 4-12 GB.

We would like to understand that how many more users our existing set up can accommodate with this architecture. Please provide some suggestions on this.
