Does PeopleSoft Supplier portal provide the ability to enable the 1099 forms to be available online

Hi,

We are planning to implement PeopelSoft 9.2 supplier portal and wondering if there is already a delivered methodology to enable or provision online 1099 forms ( downloadable pdf version) for our suppliers. So the suppliers can login to the portal and access them as a self service option.
