Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi folks!

We are having an error executing:

SELECT UTL_HTTP.request ('https://XXX',NULL,'file:/tmp/wallet_oracle','XXX') FROM DUAL

Error report -

ORA-29273: HTTP request failed

ORA-29026: Decryption failure

ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1491

ORA-06512: at line 1

We are under 12.1.0.2 latest BP and OJMV, Oracle Linux 7.8. We have recreated the wallets several times without a positive effect.

Could someone help us with it?
