Is it possible to bring in ECO Number(Change Notification) from an external PLM system through MTL_I

Hi All,

I wanted to confirm if it is possible to bring in ECO Number(Change Notification) from an external PLM system through MTL_ITEM_REVISIONS_INTERFACE purely as a reference. So for e.g. if we go to Organization Items > Tools >Revision, it shows the Revision, Revision Label, effective date etc. There is an ECO field (CHANGE_NOTIFICATION) there and I was wondering if we can populate a value that comes from an external system. I tried doing this in our Test Instance without any luck. I'm assuming this is because the ECO Number needs to be defined in Oracle first and we can't bring in
