Classic Benefit Pages appearing during Fluid Benefit Enrollment
We implemented Fluid Benefit Enrollment late February 2020 and have been utilizing it for New Hires or Life Events since then with no issues. However, we just opened up our 1st Fluid Open Enrollment to all employees. And we are randomly having employees get the Classic version of a page appear instead of the Fluid version. We have verified the employees are using a laptop (not a phone or tablet) and the Edge browser when this is occurring. We are unable to replicate this since it's randomly happening.
