PO Approval Notification to Approver via Email

Hello Experts,

We are facing issue in notification when submitting PO for Approval.

When buyer doesnt have approval limit, PO goes to next level approver in Oracle. The next level approver can login into Oracle and approves it.,

However there are no email notifications to let the approver know a PO is awaiting approval.

And when I checked Workflow in WF Builder, there are no nodes for this notification. Is this the Oracle Standard process or we miss something to enable this notification,

Note : The same approver receives Purchase Requisition approval notification without any issues.  So I am guessing this is not something to do with preferences.
