19.6 OS Prepatch Report - LIBNES Listed in rpms-added-from-Oracle

Just preparing to upgrade an ODA X6-2L from 18.8 to 19.6

When running the prepatchreport for the OS upgrade the following step fails :

Validate custom rpms installed  Failed    Custom RPMs installed

When I check the files mentioned it lists the following library :

# more /root/oda-upgrade/rpms-added-from-Oracle

libnes

I don't believe I have installed this so it must be part of the ODA build and appears to be Infiniband related.
