HFM rule HS.ImpactStatus has large performance impact on consolidation time

We just created a new HFM 11.1.2.2. environment and are moving away from 11.1.2.4.206 version.

 

Running a Consolidate All With Data on 11.1.2.4 took 2 minutes where now in 11.1.2.2 exactly the same consolidation takes 13 minutes.

Database has been migrated to 11.1.2.2 environment hence data, metadata, rules etc. is identical.

I have tested a blank rule file in 11.1.2.2 and then we have consolidation time which match 11.1.2.4 performance.

After adding back various areas of rules I was able to identify one line that course the consolidation time to go from 2 to 13 minutes which is the following:
