How to stop creation Database 12.1.0.2 on ODA which runs indefinitely ?

Hi,

Problem Summary

ODA X6-2M

The database creation is in "running" mode and nothing happens

 

Problem Description

---------------------------------------------------

At first the base was deleted, then its creation relaunched.

it was in status running more than 2 hours until we reboot the server.

I launch again the creation of the database on the inferface Oracle Database Appliance.

And we have again the same problem.

How to kill properly the job to be able to create a new database on ODA ?
