We are testing the Consigned Inventory functionality and have run into an issue.

After receipt into a non-owned location, then transfer to another non-owned location then transfer to an owned location, no voucher gets generated. If we receive into a non-owned location then transfer to an owned location, the voucher does get created. Anyone have any experience with this or solutions to this problem?
