Can we implement Lease Admin without PeopleSoft ALM or options to integrate with third party ALM?

Hi,

We are looking to implement PeopleSoft Leas Admin but currently we do not have PS Asset Management implemented. Based on review it appears the pre-req for implementing Lease Admin is to also implement ALM, but it's not clear. If we have 3rd party ALM and only want to implement PeopleSoft Lease Admin without PS Asset management, is there a possbility and any integration provision available between PS Lease Admin to 3rd Party of AM system?
