How to see the price rules/ discounts based on customer price group

Our address book numbers (Search type -customers, ship to) are associated with a customer price group (F03012.CPGP) .

How should i check the price rules/ discounts based on this customer price group.

It seems we have different prices based on the item quantities and customer price group.I was asked to display the item prices in a report based on the item quantities and price group.
