RDF workbook creation for a particular user is stuck at the creation screen

Hi,

We have user reported an issue that either while he is creating a workbook or sometimes after selection of production location positions in the wizard he see the below screen as workbook is not creating. Not sure if this is reproducible and what is the way to best debug this issue. We have seen the daemon log for the user but nothing so different found while comparing with the other users logs.

Daemon log says:
