HI,

we have information IE 11 will be shutdown by Microsoft on augus 2021. and we try to changing browsing on google chrome and Microsoft Edge but we found icon visual asistant not appear on gird.

example on part list and sales order and purchase order (p4210, p4310).

how to troubleshooting for appear icon visual asistant ?

tool release 9.2.3.3 and jde 9.2
