9.2 ini ube entry meaning

Dear All,

In jde.ini in 9.2 what does this two entry means looking same out in one capital "I" is used and another small "i" is used.

For archiving of Report Definition Output i want to use but two entries is there. Please help me with explanation that i have put the parameters in both or only one .
