We have a situation that we need 2 listeners running for a standalone 12.1 databsae using delphix st

We have a scenario that a database 12.1 is running in standalone server with Delphix storage. We are in purpose of 2 running listeners, default and dedicated one. If the listeners are stopped and started(bounced), the database services are not getting registered automatically and it requires manual intervention "alter system register;" each time. So this needs to be fixed.
