Unable to View Attachments in Purchase Requisition from iProcurement Page

Requisition Attachments do not open from the search requisitions function. When you click on the paperclip, it briefly flashes “Loading…” in the middle of the screen but nothing happens. When personalisation is disabled, im able to view attachments.
