Sunday Premium at FLSA rate
Our current core setup for Sunday Premium has multiplicator factor 1 and is not included in FLSA calc. But we have custom setup based on contracts union rules that overrides the core earn code & pays at Hours*0.5*Home rate for the same code. With recent implementation to PS delivered FLSA, our legal wants to setup Sunday Premium to be paid at hrs*0.5*FLSA rate. Would turning on the core setup with Overtime only and not selecting the REG pay included check box (since the factor is 1.0) on Calculation tab suffice?
