EPMHFM-7380: Error: 80004005boost::filesystem::directory:_iterator::construct: The system cannot fin

We recently upgraded from HFM 11.1.2.3 to 11.1.2.4.  In our testing, we are encountering an error when trying to create journal reports: 

EPMHFM-7380: Error: 80004005boost::filesystem::directory:_iterator::construct: The system cannot find the path specified:

"\products\FinancialManagement\ServerWorkingFolder\ReportStyleSheets\Journal"

Odd thing is when I go in to that location, the files are there. 

Has anyone experienced this issue?
