Oracle EBS R12.1.3 - User pre-defined validation at Payment Method

Dear Gurus,

I am ng New payment Method (NEFT) for India Supplier Payments. I am not getting a COUNTRY list of Value to set Payee Bank Branch Country equal to "INDIA" in Pre-defined validations (Refer attached screenshot). Please advise How to set country validation.
