Missing fields when the recruiter creates an appointment with Notes to Candidate

When the recruiter creates an appointment for an applicant (for a vacancy), applicant receives a notification with details: Subject, Job Title, Status, Date, Time, Type, Category, Location, Timezone, Contact Name, Contact Number, Additional Notes, Interview Address.

When the recruiter inserts a small note, all the details are displayed in the applicant notification (NotesToCandidate.jpg). When the recruiter inserts a bigger note (NotesToCandidate.txt), all the fields except Job Title and Status are not displayed (MissingFields_NotesToCandidate.jpg). The note consists of 3900+ words which is less than the Maximum length 4000 (PropertiesNotesToCandidate.jpg). The note is opened in Notepad++ and copied in Notes to Candidate (NotesToCandidate.txt). How to display the fields even when the Notes to Candidate context is more?

Howdy, Stranger!
