Reuse the shipped containers to pack and ship

Customer packs the ordered items and ships the items in containers. After shipping the items through containers, the containers are received back through RMA process.

Now, customer is unable to re-use the containers which have been received back as a part of this RMA process.

When customer attempts to pack and ship the item from the received container (re-use the container),

then the following error occurs

Error Message : "Delivery detail not found or not a valid container to pack into"

After discussing all possible workarounds , although WSH development has provided a fix to "un-assign" Container from Detail/Delivery and also to mark container released_status = 'X' so that it will be available for re-use, WSH development has categorically concluded that the feature to re-use container is currently not available.
