How to handle multi year POs with budgetary controls

Dear All,

Can you help by providing best practices for multi year contracts/PO with respect to budget reservation when absolution budgetary control is enabled. We prepare annual budgets and upload the same to Oracle. However these are always few POs whereby services would be provided for multiple years (e.g. AMC for 3 years). Such transactions fail to reserve the budget at the requisition level itself since the amount exceeds the budget available. We cannot increase the budget in current year as that will create anomaly since the contract is for 3 years. Such increase of the budget is also not approved by
