eMail attachments are missing in some emails

Hi Team,

We have requirement to sending a mail with a PDF file attachment (BIP Report ), we have used Outbound Communications Manager BS for sending, its working some times and some time not.

NO issues in generating PDF files, but the problem with file path of the reports.

Reports are executing on Server 1 and Server 2 , but the Outbound communication manager enable on Server 1 only, that is reason not able to pick the report pdf file from Server 2( file path:Siebel servers Temp folder).

how to store the files in one common folder and pick the same file, please help on this.
