RFB: Bidders' Bid Documents to be Auto-published

I've been trying to get bid documents attached to the bidding portal be auto-published to the shell's Document Manager, but to no success. I could only see the attached bid documents in the Unpublished Documents folder, but never in the designated folder in the Publish Path. Here are the design configurations that I've tried.

• Add the Publish Path at the step where invitations get sent
• Add it at any other steps after the above
• Add it at the Bidder's Action Form

All resulted in documents still in Unpublished Documents. I can confirm that the Publish Path works for documents attached within the workflow, e.g. bidding instructions provided by the requester.
