AR: Format Remittance Transmition r12 error

Hi

We are in r12 and we are using the Automatic Remittance program. We have done the IBY setup, and we do the normal process.

We create the Remittance Batch, then run Create Settlement Batches and then we run the Format process.

My issue right now is we are receiving an error when running the Format process.

The error is:

ORACLE error 6502 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error

Do you know how to fix this one?
