Migrating from OEM 12c to OEM13c

Hi, We have OEM 12c installed for our database monitoring.

We are planning to install OEM13c onto a new server. Our requirement is to migrate metrics, threshold etc running on current OEM12c server onto new OEM13c server.

Can you please suggest the best way to achieve this.
