Retro Cancelled absence not offsetting positive input.

If a finalized absence is cancelled, the absence balances are updated but an offset positive input is not being generated. So we have no way of letting Payroll know that the offset amount needs to be updated. Is there a record which we can use to intimate payroll that the amount was cancelled and needs to be deducted?
