TFA install Can't locate Tokenizer.pm in @INC

I did install last version AHF-LINUX_v20.2.0 as non root user,  no errors during install. When I try to invoke tfactl I get this error:

/u01/app/oracle/product/19.3.0/grid/suptools/tfa/release/tfa_home/bin$ ./tfactl print config
