PUOM conversion is incorrect

Hello,

The standard UOM conversion to PUOM is not happening for some items, and is repeatedly ordering incorrectly.  No changes have been made to the item setups, but we just completed our PUM and are working with 34. 

Are there differences in conversion handling in 34 that will required updating the items?  If so, where and why? If not, where in the process should this be taking place?
