User-entered Number Value into Auto-wordings

We have a requirement to display the auto-wordings of user-entered amount value like excel in Unifier. Is there any workaround is available to achieve this?

Also, the auto-wordings should depend on Local Language(Malay in my case).

If not possible via design it could be better if someone provides the idea to get this in Custom Print.
