Employee start date after final Payroll run e.g. start date is 24 Aug 2020 and final Payroll run is

Hi

Can this be the reason for an employee to fall off or be rejected by the run? I have a start member who was either rejected or fell of the run and the only reason I can think of is the start date as everything else looks proper
