Recently, I had a customer upgrade to the new EBS 12.2 version. It asked him if he wanted to enable

in E-Business Tax (MOSC) Question

Recently, I had a customer upgrade to the new EBS 12.2 version. It asked him if he wanted to enable 4 new modules, (Payments/AP Invoices, XML Publisher, Web ADI and EB Tax). Does customer need to purchase new licenses for these modules or are they included in the newest EBS version?
