PO Receipts - Qty less than 1 but not less than 0

Hi

Is it possible to stop the receipting of a PO line where the user has entered a qty less than one.  Eg 0.25?

Have checked the processing options and cannot see anything that will stop this process.   Just as a test I changed the version on P4312 to "Allow Negative Qty" to a 2 (Error).  This function worked as it is supposed to i.e system calculates and compares the received quantity against the available quantity

Line type on orders is a B

Version of JDE - 9.2
