Enabling WMS for Existing Organization at period close

Hi All,

We are in the process of implementing WMS On premise 12.1.3 for an existing inventory organization.

I see in the implementation guide that oracle advises to close the period, do the WMS setups and thereafter enter the transaction in the new period.

I had a question on whether it would be ok to enable WMS after closing the inventory period or the journal entries also would need to be transferred to GL. Usually business run the OPM preprocessor later during the day after closing the inventory period. I was wondering if i can enable WMS after the inventory period is closed but before the costing journal entries are transferred to GL.
