A transportation sales order for ST/OT orders route number and the carrier not pulling as per routin

Hi Team,

I am using the transportation Module.

When we entered the sales order using the P4210 application system automatically selected route number (route # 57214) and carrier number (10924) based on ship to zip code of  60411.

As per the Routing, Hierarchy should be select route number (route # 57350) and carrier number (10991) based on the ship-to address.

Attached routing entry setup and routing hierarchy.

Kindly let me know which setup needs to check and other possibilities.
